CHARLES, Mo. -- A volunteer in the kitchen at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles, Mo. prepares fish tacos during the parish's Lenten fish fry Friday, April 8, 2011. The church offers fish tacos, in acknowledgment of the Hispanic members of the parish, as well as baked and fried cod, fried catfish and pizza.
