CHARLES, Mo. -- Chef Bob Palmer works with baked cod in the kitchen at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles, Mo. during the parish's Lenten fish fry Friday, April 8, 2011. The church offers baked and fried cod, fried catfish, pizza and fish tacos, in acknowledgment of the Hispanic members of the parish.
