USA -- Ferguson police detective Mark Leone (left) declines to admit 18-year-old Joshua Wilson to aTown Hall meeting at Wellspring Church in Ferguson sponsored by the City of Ferguson and the US Department of Justice Monday, 22 Sept. 2014. Wilson, who said he was a Ferguson resident, didn't have a government-issued photo ID with his address. Non-residents and members of the media were barred from the meetings, with police asking for a government-issued photo ID with a Ferguson address for each person admitted to the meeting.
