2023-11-10 -- The St. Louis Jewish Book Festival, in partnership with the John C. Danforth Center on Religion and Politics at Washington University in St. Louis, presented the Arthur Gale Jewish Lives lecture featuring author Andrew Meier discussing his recent book “Morgenthau: Power, Privilege, and the Rise of an American Dynasty” at the Bryan-Cave Moot Courtroom in Anheuser-Busch Hall in St. Louis Friday, Nov. 10, 2023. Meier, former Moscow correspondent for Time magazine and a contributor to The New York Times Magazine, teaches journalism at The New School and is the author of two previous works of nonfiction: “Black Earth: A Journey Through Russia After the Fall” and The Lost Spy: An American in Stalin’s Secret Service.”
