USA police department before the start of a Town Hall meeting at Wellspring Church in Ferguson sponsored by the City of Ferguson and the US Department of Justice Monday, 22 Sept. 2014. The meeting was called by city officials to address what they term "misconceptions about the city of Ferguson." Non-residents and members of the media were barred from the meetings, with police asking for a government-issued photo ID with a Ferguson address for each person admitted to the meeting.
