LOUIS -- STL250, a group of civic and political leaders steering the regions celebration of the founding of St. Louis on Feb. 14, 1764, has placed decorated fiberglass cakes are various institutions across the region. The effort is known as the "Cakeway to the West." At the Venice Cafe in St. Louis a cake decorated by the Screwed Artist Collective stands along Pestalozzi Street just west of Lemp Avenue in the Benton Park neighborhood.
