Oliver Milman, a reporter for the Guardian newspapers based in New York, uses social media while covering cleanup efforts after flooding along the Meramec River in Arnold, Missouri USA Wednesday, 6 January 2015. Water from the nearby Meramec, a tributary of the Mississippi River, overflowed it's banks last week after extensive rains hit eastern Missouri.
