BLOOMSDALE, Mo. – OCT. 8, 2015: Baetje Farms LLC owners Steve Baetje (left) and his wife Veronica Baetje pose for a photograph with their goats at the farm in Bloomsdale, Mo., Thursday, Oct. 8, 2015. Goat cheeses made at Baetje Farms have won major national awards and the respect of cheese aficionados across the country. The Baetjes have also received attention for the packaging of their cheeses, which include Biblical references reflective of their Mennonite faith.
