29 Feb. 2016 -- ST. LOUIS -- City Garden Montessori School student Cornelius Ruffin, a student in the "The Crew of 321," join others in studying during class at the school in St. Louis Monday, Feb. 29, 2016. According to Dr. Nicole Evans, City Garden principal, the class includes students who in a traditional school would be in first, second and third grades. City officials report that success of the school, which serves students in the Shaw, Botanical Heights, Forest Park Southeast, Tiffany and Southwest Garden neighborhoods, has resulted in expanded home renovation and construction in some of the neighborhoods served.
