LOUIS -- Amy Novy (front left) and her 7-year-old daughter Grace visit while waiting for the start of the 15th annual River des Peres Trash Bash, a coordinated effort clearing trash and debris from area waterways, Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017. Participants spent the morning cleaning selected areas of the River de Peres watershed and then gathered at Willmore Park in St. Louis for lunch and a concert. The Novys are from Arnold.
