LOUIS -- Fashion designer Reuben Reuel Riddick, of Demestik by Reuben Reuel, organizes an order of items purchased by Debbie Chase from his collection at the St. Louis Fashion Incubator in downtown St. Louis Friday, March 17, 2017.
