8 June 2024 -- Hazelwood, Mo. -- Father Lijo Kallarackal, pastor of the Sacred Heart Syro-Malabar Catholic Mission St. Louis, carries a Monstrance with the Blessed Sacrament during as part of the Pradakshinam (procession) celebrating the Sacred Heart Thirunal with members of the community at St. Martin de Porres Church in Hazelwood, Mo., Saturday, June 8, 2024. The community, which primarily serves Catholics from India, is part of the Syro Malabar Eparchy of Chicago, one of 22 Eastern Catholic Churches in communion with Rome.
