9 JUNE 2015 -- FERGUSON, Mo. -- Ferguson Public Works Director and acting city manager Matt Unrein as acting city manager participates in the Ferguson City Council meeting held at city hall in Ferguson Tuesday, June 9, 2015. During the meeting the council unanimously approved hiring Ed Beasley as interim city manager. Beasley, the former city manager in Glendale, Ariz., has been accused of misleading the city council in that city during his time running the operations of the Phoenix suburb.
