LOUIS -- Paul Werner (left) of the St. Louis Community Development Administration visits with LaDon Smith and Chivas Johnson, both of UNK Flooring, behind an etched glass reproduction of the newly-unveiled "Art and Empowerment Mural" by artist Gonz Jove at the headquarters complex of Better Family Life, Inc. in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood of St. Louis Friday, Oct. 21, 2016. The etching is part of the newly-opened Business Development Center at Better Family Life, which provides space and support for 10 small business in space adjoining offices occupied by the Center for Acceleration of African-American Businesses, Missouri Department of Social Services and Washington University's Brown School of Social Work.
