LOUIS -- Paul Werner (left) of the St. Louis Community Development Administration visits with LaDon Smith and Chivas Johnson, both of UNK Flooring, behind an etched glass reproduction of the newly-unveiled "Art and Empowerment Mural" by artist Gonz Jove at the headquarters complex of Better Family Life, Inc. in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood of St. Louis Friday, Oct. 21, 2016.
