22 JULY 2011 -- BIG PRAIRIE, Ohio -- To encourage blood donation in rural Holmes County, Ohio, the local chapter of the American Red Cross offers donors a chance to enter a raffle to win a trip to Disney World or to win a new buggy, as more than one-third of the county's residents are Old Order Amish.
