20 JULY 2018 -- St. Louis -- A burger, including house-prepared ground beef, 24-hour smoked pork belly, house-made pickles, Ludwig Farmstead Creamery samgamon, greens and a fried chicken egg, on a sea salt focaccia, is among the rotating menu items at J. Devoti Trattoria & Grocery in The Hill neighborhood in St. Louis. The restaurant focuses on farm-to-table Italian cuisine, and is named for owner Anthony Devoti’s great-grandfather Joseph Devoti, who ran the grocery Lume & Devoti Grocery Co. at the start of the 20th century.
