BLOOMSDALE, Mo. – OCT. 8, 2015: Amoureux, an aged goat cheese made by staff at Baetje Farms LLC ages in a cooler at the dairy in Bloomsdale, Mo. Thursday, Oct. 8, 2015. Goat cheeses made at the farm by owners Steve and Veronica Baetje and their staff have won major national awards and the respect of cheese aficionados across the country.
