9 JUNE 2015 -- FERGUSON, Mo. -- Ferguson city council members Keith Kallstrom (left) and Brian Fletcher participate in the Ferguson City Council meeting held at city hall in Ferguson Tuesday, June 9, 2015. During the meeting the council unanimously approved hiring Ed Beasley as interim city manager. Beasley, the former city manager in Glendale, Ariz., has been accused of misleading the city council in that city during his time running the operations of the Phoenix suburb.
