23 JULY 2013 -- ST. LOUIS -- Dan Brewer, founder of MOFU Soy, slices a large pan of fresh, hand-made tofu into smaller pieces for retail sale while working in the kitchen at the Salus Center at St. Louis University Tuesday, July 23, 2013.
